For app access, subscriptions, technical problems, or privacy requests, email info@simulapro.us. Include the product name, a brief description, your device and operating system, and a screenshot if useful. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
iPhone and iPad subscriptions
Open the Psychology Law app and select Restore Purchases if a subscription you bought is not recognized. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple subscriptions. For an Apple purchase refund, use Apple's refund request page.
Exam progress
The Psychology Law iOS app stores your candidate name and recent question history on your device. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data may remove this local information.
Website help
If your question is about a simulator on simulapro.us, include the simulator name and the email used for your website account. Do not include your password.
